- The 60-day complimentary software support (“the Offer”) for Red Hat Enterprise Linux Evaluation Kit (“RHEL-EK”) is a limited offer from HP. HP reserves the right to make modifications to, or terminate, this offer at any time without any prior notifications.
- The Offer is a limited advisory telephone support for help with installation of the RHEL-EK software from HP. The Offer does not include any corrective support, problem analysis, problem isolation, problem resolution, escalation management and root-cause analysis for the RHEL-EK software.
- The Offer is available during standard business hours, standard business days. Service is available 8:00am - 5:00pm Monday to Friday, excluding Australian public holidays.
- Customer must quote “Red Hat Blade Trial” when calling HP to be eligible for the Offer.
- HP shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including, without limitation, indirect or consequential loss), or for personal injury suffered or sustained, as a result of taking part in the offer, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
